These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and jurisdictional requirements, disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, KA.
